Dream House Design is run by Daniel and Irinel, who have a joint passion for building, design, and architecture. They share over 20 years’ experience in the building industry.
Meet the management team
Irinel has project managed bespoke new builds, large, phased construction sites, and has vast experience managing multiple projects at any one time. Over the years he has developed strong well-established relationships with Surveyors, Architects, Structural Engineers, and subcontractors across all trades.
Daniel, has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, ranging from Site Management of large Central London new build of blocks of flats to working with architects and surveyors on smaller bespoke private residential jobs. He has an established network of highly skills trades people, who he has employed on many of the sites he has managed.

Having both partners of Dream House Design working on large construction sites as part of their career history, they have a clear understanding about the time pressures when turning around your forever home, an investment property or getting a property back into the rental market. Both Daniel and Irinel, have site managed and project managed time sensitive construction sites, where missing key deadlines means financial penalties.
Working with us is a simple six step process.
Daniel and Irinel have created a step-by-step process to ensure every job comes in on time and within budget.
Step 1: Book in an initial home survey with one of our team, we can visit your home and provide you with an estimate guide price.
Step 2: If you are happy with our estimation of the works, we will provide you with a detailed quotation, working closely with you on every aspect of the design of your new space and creating a plan to meet your needs.
Step 3: If you decide you want to work with us, we will then work with you on a payment plan.
Step 4: Once the date has been agreed and the schedule of works signed off, we will contact building control, book in any scaffolding or specialist subcontractors, including groundworks and any inspections required.
Step 5: During the works you will meet with Daniel or Irinel at agreed points to confirm the project is running to schedule and that the handover date remains on target. Any changes made to the works schedule will be agreed in writing. If this changes the completion dates, these will be confirmed and signed off by all parties.
Step 6: Handover of the project back to the customer, any agreed snagging and final payments signed off.
